Larnaca Keyholding Services (LKH) are pleased to be able to offer a keyholding service in Cyprus. We are able to serve property owners, both residential and also commercial across the region. Sometimes it is useful to have a key securely held. Especially in circumstances where you are not available to provide a trades person access to the property. Therefore in these cases a key can be collected from our office with your signed permission. Every key collection and return will have to be signed for and as a result that your ID number and signature are documented consequently it can be used for verification.

Some people do not feel comfortable with leaving spare keys with neighbors or on the outside of the property in a key safe. Because your key is secure within our office, it will give you a peace of mind. For as little as 75 Euro per year for residential properties we can hold keys securely for you.

You have the possibility to extend your contract with many other services and options we can offer. For regular security checks, mail forwarding, gardening, pool cleaning etc. please contact us to make an appointment. We certainly can provide you with an offer tailored to your needs for the budget you have available.

Meet and Greet

A “meet and greet” service can be offered to welcome your guests or yourselves at your property. LKH is able to provide keys on arrival and help your guests familiarise themselves with the property. We will meet your guests with the keys at the property or any other location in the Larnaca region.

Welcome Pack Services

LKH can offer Welcome Packs for you or for your guests upon arrival which includes the most important necessities. The basic pack costs 35 Euro and includes milk, tea bags, coffee, sugar, bottled water, bread, margarine, cereals, eggs, sandwich ham, cheese, biscuits, bottle of wine and a 6 pack of beer. We are happy to offer Special Welcome Packs that can be tailored according to instructions and can include flowers, champagne, chocolates etc. at varying costs.

In unprecedented times like this we at Larnaca Keyholding Services know our responsibility to protect your property and to keep your family safe by taking extra precautions on hygiene and cleanliness.

If you are currently following social distancing measures, are in self-isolation, or are feeling unwell with a high temperature, a cough, or shortness of breath, please advise us and we can re-schedule any planned visits.

Our priority is to ensure we continue to be there when you need us most – to respond to emergencies and provide you with essential security. We have therefore taken proactive steps to safeguard our key response services.

We understand that you might be locked away from your property in Cyprus by implemented travel restrictions and that you are in need to be updated about the condition of your property or you might want us to send you some needed / forgotten items from your property in Cyprus to your home address.

You can schedule a meeting with us by phone or trough Skype to discuss the available plans and costs for your demands. In case a contract is signed you can send it together with your property keys and instructions by courier to our office in Larnaca, courier services are not affected by the Covid-19 crisis.
